Access Keys
Access Keys have been used on this site to enable users who find a mouse difficult to use, navigate around the website. We follow the Government access key system and our keyboards shortcuts are:

Depending on your browser use one of the following methods to use access keys:
- Internet Explorer 5+: Hold down the ALT key and select the number/letter of the access key, then press ENTER.
- Internet Explorer 4: Hold down the ALT key and select the number/letter of the access key.
- Internet Explorer 5+ for Mac: Hold down the CTRL key and select the number/letter of the access key
- Internet Explorer 4.5 for Mac: Access keys are not supported.
- Netscape 6+: Hold down the ALT key and select the number/letter of the access key.
- Netscape earlier versions: Access keys are not supported.
- Mozilla: Hold down the ALT key and select the number/letter of the access key.
Flash Content
Wherever the site makes use of flash content either for navigation or presentation, we will always provide a text alternative.

All the downloads on our website are provided in Adobe Acrobat PDF format and are identified by the
icon. Click here to download the software.
Text Size
If you find the text size on this website too small or too large, you can change the size of the text via your Internet browser . Depending on your browser use one of the following methods to change the text size:
- Internet Explorer (version 5 and later): Choose Tools - Internet Options - Accessibility and check the ignore font sizes specified on web pages option. Click OK, OK, and then you can alter the text size using the View - Text Size option.
- Internet Explorer 4: Choose View - Internet Options - Accessibility and check the ignore font sizes specified on web pages option. Click OK, OK, and then you can alter the text size using the View - Text Size option
- Mozilla FireFox: Select the keys CTRL and + (From Menu - View - Text Size -Increase) together to increase text size and CTRL and - to reduce it (From Menu - View - Text Size - Decrease).
All other browsers should be able to resize the text directly from the menu bar. Please see your specific browser help pages if you are having difficulty.
